Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, cost estimation, and project planning.
Assistant Manager (Electrical): Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling and maintaining electrical equipment and systems.
Assistant Manager (Fire): B.E./B. Tech in Fire Safety Engineering or equivalent, or Graduate from the Institution of Fire Engineers. Relevant experience in fire safety management for up to 3 years.
Selection Process
For Civil and Electrical Positions:
Candidates will undergo an online written test followed by an interaction (interview).
- Online Written Test:Includes General Aptitude (Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English) and Professional Knowledge.
- Interaction/Interview: Marks from the written test (70%) and the interview (30%) will be combined to create the merit list.
For Fire Position:
- Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications and experience.
- Interview: Final selection will be based on interview marks (100%).
